Our Mr Loughnane has extensive experience in the field of Medical Negligence having brought numerous successful actions against the Health Boards (now the HSC) and against Consultants in the fields of Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medicine, etc.

We try, wherever possible, to negotiate settlements of such actions in advance of Court Hearing.
